Prepares students to assume a leadership role in international business. The degree program blends study of global economics with in-depth study of regions around the world. In addition to foundational marketing concepts and tools, students gain the communication, analytical and leadership skills and knowledge that are needed to succeed in management. The degree program format provides an environment for students to expand their knowledge of management by building on their own experiences while learning from the experiences of others, thus enabling direct application of course material.
What can students expect to learn in the program?
How to evaluate and improve their own management style by reflecting on time management, conflict resolution, team work and communication skills.
For the capstone project, students are asked to create a business plan for a global business, giving them an opportunity to assume the role of global entrepreneur.
