The Administration of Justice Program offers practical and technical instruction designed to meet the increasing demand for criminal justice system employees, and to provide an opportunity for current employees to upgrade their skills. Specialized courses in areas related to your own professional and academic interests may be chosen. You may select from courses in criminal law, legal aspects of evidence, criminal investigation, traffic control, firearms, narcotics and vice control, management training and more.

An associate degree earned at Citrus may lead to career opportunities as a city police officer, deputy sheriff, highway patrol officer or correctional officer. Some supporting career opportunities include: dispatcher, jailor and crime scene investigator.

If you transfer to a university and earn a bachelor's degree in Administration of Justice, you can enter the field as a Secret Service agent, FBI agent, state or federal narcotic investigator, probation officer or parole officer.
