With an Associate of Science degree, you can gain the knowledge and technical skills essential for entry-level employment in the IT field. After completing core classes in personal computer and local area network set-up, as well as in upgrade, diagnosis and repair, you can move on to training in the installation, configuration and management of operating system software, such as MS-DOS®, Windows®, Mac OS®, UNIX®/Linux™, Microsoft® Windows NT® and Novell® NetWare®.

Collins College  

Collins College was formerly known as Al Collins Graphic Design School. Prior to 1997, Al Collins Graphic Design School emphasized programs in the Visual Communication fields of study, such as graphic design, digital video, computer graphics, and computer animation. Since 1997, programs in Information Technology fields have been implemented, such as Computer Networking. The new name better reflects our present and future program offerings.

Collins College in Arizona is committed to the technical training, development, and preparation necessary for our graduates to succeed in the areas of Visual Communication, Animation (such as 3d animation), Personal Computer Network Technology, and Web Design. Our school lays the foundation for a successful educational experience with industry-current equipment, an experienced and dedicated staff, and a curriculum that is continually reviewed by our active Advisory Committee.
