Tell a great story behind the lens of a camera. After having the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of screenwriting, pre- and post-production and non-linear editing, plus lighting and audio for video and field production, you can demonstrate your talent in the form of videos you create from concept to final, edited composition. You can explore lighting, audio for video, television studio production and non-linear editing. You can work with industry-current programs like discreet® flame® and combustion®, and refine your skills on Avid Xpress® and Avid®DS HD, cultivating the knowledge, skills and experience to produce effective commercial presentations.

Collins College  

Collins College was formerly known as Al Collins Graphic Design School. Prior to 1997, Al Collins Graphic Design School emphasized programs in the Visual Communication fields of study, such as graphic design, digital video, computer graphics, and computer animation. Since 1997, programs in Information Technology fields have been implemented, such as Computer Networking. The new name better reflects our present and future program offerings.

Collins College in Arizona is committed to the technical training, development, and preparation necessary for our graduates to succeed in the areas of Visual Communication, Animation (such as 3d animation), Personal Computer Network Technology, and Web Design. Our school lays the foundation for a successful educational experience with industry-current equipment, an experienced and dedicated staff, and a curriculum that is continually reviewed by our active Advisory Committee.
