Contributor terms
  1. By submitting written, video, audio or other content to www.universities.com, you (referred to as "Contributor") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. You acknowledge that any information entered by you into Be Rewarded, or information collected by www.universities.com from your activity as a Contributor, is given willingly by you. Upon submitting an entry as a Contributor, you agree to provide www.universities.com with a current email address and user name.
  3. You are solely responsible for the Content of any materials you post or submit to Be Rewarded. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the Content that you post and submit, that the Content is accurate, that use of the Content you supply does not violate these Terms and Conditions and will not cause injury to any person or entity. Further you represent and warrant that you will indemnify www.universities.com for all claims resulting from Content you supply.
  4. As a Contributor, you agree that you will not upload, post, transmit, distribute or otherwise publish through Be Rewarded any Content or act in ways which, in www.universities.com sole discretion:
    1. are unlawful, threatening, harassing or profane;
    2. are obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing intellectual property rights or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable;
    3. restrict or inhibit any other contributor from using or enjoying the Site;
    4. constitute or encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability;
    5. contain a software virus or other harmful component, advertising or commercial solicitation of any kind, mass mailing or any form of 'spam', political campaigning or false or misleading indications of origin or statements of fact; or
    6. are otherwise harmful to the community.
  5. You grant www.universities.com the right to use your personal information as described in these terms and conditions.
  6. All Contributors submitting Content must be at least 18 years of age.
  7. Copyright & Confidentiality
    1. You agree that you will not disclose to any third party any information received by you during the course of using Be Rewarded, including the tasks involved, questions asked, format, the methodologies used and anything or matter whatsoever.
    2. You agree that will you not store, copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, modify, publish or broadcast any such content or information.
  8. Content must be created solely and expressly for www.universities.com and be your original creation.
  9. Receiving and Publishing of Content by www.universities.com
    1. www.universities.com is not responsible for the failed submission of Content to Be Rewarded for any reason, including without limitation technical failure by www.universities.com (e.g., browser time-out, server failure, etc.).
    2. By accepting or allowing you to submit Content to Be Rewarded, www.universities.com is not obligated to publish the Content and reserves the right not to use, display or make available to the public or third parties, the Content for any reason in www.universities.com sole discretion.
    3. www.universities.com reserves the right to remove from the Site any previously published Content for any reason and at any time in its sole discretion.
  10. Ownership of Content
    1. In exchange for the consideration provided to Contributors by www.universities.com, pursuant to the Be Rewarded Program, Contributors agree and acknowledge the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, that by submitting Content (including any videos) to Be Rewarded, to the extent that the Content constitutes copyrightable subject matter, the Contributor agrees that the Content will be a "work made for hire" under the copyright laws and that www.universities.com will be the author and owner of the Content.
    2. To the extent that such Content is not deemed a "work made for hire," the Contributor assigns permanently and irrevocably to www.universities.com any and all copyright rights in and to such Content, including without limitation all extensions, renewals, and reversions of copyright and waives any and all moral rights in connection with the Content.
    3. The Contributor also agrees to irrevocably assign, transfer and convey the entire ownership, right, title, and interest in any and all other intellectual property and other rights in and to the Content (including, without limitation, all ideas, know-how and techniques in the Content) to www.universities.com. Accordingly, upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, www.universities.com will have the exclusive and entire ownership of and copyright in the Content.
    4. In the unlikely event that ownership of the Content remains with the Contributor, you agree to grant www.universities.com a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media without any compensation to you.
  11. Rights and Usage of Contributor Content by www.universities.com and other Third-Parties
    1. Any Content submitted to Be Rewarded may be used for any purpose by www.universities.com, its related entities, agencies or any third party approved by www.universities.com and may be posted on any media for public viewing, comments and rating.


Contributor Rewards
  1. All Contributors are eligible to participate in the Be Rewarded Program.
  2. Contributors Content that has been chosen for publication will receive one egift expressed on Site for each approved submission.
  3. The quality of the Content will be determined by www.universities.com at its sole discretion but based on the quality of the content.
  4. www.universities.com may at its sole discretion change the Be Rewarded Program and these changes may include but are not limited to changing the criteria for obtaining an egift .
  5. A failure to provide a correct email account will result in the egift being forfeited.
  6. www.universities.com reserves the right to disqualify, not award an egift, not accept or not publish any Content for any reason, in its sole discretion. The decisions of www.universities.com are final and binding. www.universities.com may or may not communicate such reasons for disqualification to the contributing Contributor.
  7. All federal, state and local taxes for any reward or incentive received by a Contributor, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Contributor. Contributors should consult with their tax or legal advisor on the appropriate reporting and treatment of any incentives offered by www.universities.com.
  8. An egift is for the sole redemption of the submitting Contributor and may not be transferred between Contributors. Your egift may not be sold, bartered or purchased.
  9. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility of an egift will be resolved by www.universities.com at its sole discretion.


General
  1. Acceptance
    1. Be Rewarded is owned and operated by Solutions Advancing People, Inc. and its associated entities under the domain name www.universities.com (the Site).
    2. Be Rewarded is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and any other associated guidelines or policies that may be published by www.universities.com from time to time.
    3. By submitting your entry, you accept all of the terms and conditions in effect at the time of your use.


  2. Purpose
    1. Be Rewarded publishes videos, reviews, comments or other content submitted by our contributors (the Content). The Content represents the opinions and perspectives of our contributors, not of www.universities.com. The site does not endorse any contributor submission or any opinion, or recommendation expressed in the Content. You should assume www.universities.com has not independently verified the truth, accuracy, ownership, or integrity of the Content.


  3. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
    1. www.universities.com may, in its sole discretion, change, add or remove any of the Terms and Conditions at any time by posting new Terms and Conditions on the Site without notice to you.


  4. Modifications to Be Rewarded
    1. www.universities.com reserves the right, for any reason, to terminate, suspend or change any aspect of Be Rewarded including but not limited to content, features or hours of availability without notice to you.


  5. Intellectual Property
    1. You acknowledge and agree for all purposes that all intellectual property rights associated with www.universities.com or its services, products, literature, promotional materials or otherwise, whether or not registered, constitute the Site's exclusive property, and www.universities.com retains all intellectual property rights in the Website and nothing in this license shall be taken to grant any rights to you in respect of such intellectual property rights.


  6. Privacy Policy
    1. Your privacy is very important to www.universities.com. You agree to allow www.universities.com to publish your unique entry, giving you author credit by first name and last initial, submitted by you using Be Rewarded.
    2. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you expressly consent to disclosure and use of your personal information as described above.


  7. Liability and Indemnification
    1. www.universities.com will not be liable for any damages that are directly or indirectly related to the use of, or inability to use, Be Rewarded.
    2. You agree to indemnify www.universities.com (and its officers and employees) from and against any and all claims, damages, and costs incurred or suffered in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of Be Rewarded, or your breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.


  8. Termination
    1. www.universities.com, in its sole discretion, may remove and discard any content you may have contributed to the Site, at any time for any reason or no reason.
    2. www.universities.com may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Site, or any part thereof, with or without notice.


  9. Forum
    1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute involving Be Rewarded in any way related to these Terms and Conditions will be heard in the appropriate State or Federal court in Georgia and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.


  10. Notices
    1. Any notices are to be given by email to www.universities.com at support@universities.com or to you at the email address you provide to www.universities.com. Notice will be deemed given 24 hours after the email is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid.


  11. Enforceability
    1. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then such provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible so as to effect the intent of the Terms and Conditions, and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
    2. The failure by either you or www.universities.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
    3. All provisions in the Terms and Conditions regarding representations and warranties, indemnification, disclaimers, and limitation of liability will survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.
