This online masters degree program prepares nurses for senior roles in a fast-changing, increasingly demanding health care environment. Students have the opportunity to develop the skills needed to become nursing managers and leaders.

The degree program teaches nurses how to solve problems, make decisions, resolve conflict and operationalize the mission and goals of the healthcare delivery system. This degree program focuses on the development of leadership skills and knowledge in areas such as: fiscal management, legal/ethical issues, stategic planning, organization structures and marketing.
