This 33 credit hour interdisciplinary degree provides students with an academic degree program that focuses on the new and emerging study of Leadership in the context of the modern organization. The Organizational Leadership Major is designed to equip students with the tools necessary to be successful in many career choices. Students have the option to focus their degree program in either the civic and public leadership or corporate leadership emphases. This degree is adaptable to a variety of careers in human resource, project management or supervisory positions in today's workplace.
