Teaching certificate (waived if not a classroom teacher)

Program description: Earn your Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction through Lock Haven University, in the comfort of your own home! The 36-credit MEd degree program can be taken completely online. The degree program is designed to provide in-service teachers and individuals who work in related settings an opportunity to enhance their teaching knowledge and skills and become teacher leaders. Based on the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards, the degree program provides skills and knowledge focused at developing reflective practice in the classroom. Courses may also be taken just for Act 48 requirements!
