The objectives for the Bachelor of Business Administration degree program are:
1) to provide Learners with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand and function effectively in a business and administrative organization;
2) to familiarize Learners with the fundamental bodies of theoretical and applied knowledge of business represented in the core courses
3) to provide Learners an opportunity to concentrate their learning in areas such as accounting, marketing, and management as represented in upper level courses
4) to enable Learners to integrate formal academic learning with their business related experiential learning so that meaningful personalized learning results that relates to their personal or professional needs
5) to encourage Learners to experience self-improvement and professional growth;
6) to expose Learners to the global business environment.
Marketing
Graduation Requirements:
1) Complete a minimum of 30 semester units of study through the University.
2) Complete or have the equivalent of 39 semester units in general education as follows: two courses in Humanities, Natural Sciences, and Social Sciences; plus one math course, English Composition I and II, and Library Research Methods in the Learning Skills area.
3) Complete or have the equivalent of 42 semester units in business administration courses.
4) Complete or have the equivalent of 120 semester units with an overall grade point average of at least 2.0 or "C".
5) Must be paid in full for all financial obligations through the University.
6) Have official transcripts on file for all transfer units accepted by the University.
