About this School
The University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee is a public university located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It is the second largest university in the state, and is part of the University of Wisconsin System of schools. UWM’s 93-acre campus is located on Milwaukee’s upper East Side, one of the city’s most attractive residential areas and home to many faculty, staff and students. The campus lies just five blocks from the shoreline of Lake Michigan, and is only ten minutes from downtown.
