The Animation program prepares students for employment and/or transfer in the field of animation. Students study the basics of animation. Projects include character animation, computer-generated imagery and special effects. Students are also taught techniques in story development, character design, motion control, and lighting and sound for animation. Graduates find jobs in industry, education and government, advertising, gaming, web design, and other areas.
