The Building Maintenance Technology program gives you the information and knowledge for employment in jobs requiring multiple maintenance competencies. These competencies will allow our graduates to obtain general maintenance positions in a variety of industries. Graduates will gain knowledge in electrical applications and practices, heating and air conditioning principles, construction methods, applications, and maintenance practices.
Upon completion of this program, graduates may seek employment as Stationary Engineer, a Facility Maintenance Foreman or as a Building Maintenance Supervisor.
