The Associate of Applied Science degree prepares the student for entry into an occupation or closely related cluster of occupations. A student may receive credit for work experience, military experience, military schools and civilian education. Under the Associate of Applied Science degree program, the student may receive credit for work experience. Credits are awarded based on the American Council on Education ACE Guide. The degree requires a total of 64 credits, 15 of which must be completed with Barton.
