Upon satisfactory completion of the A.A. program in Children's Ministries program the graduate should be
able to:
- Demonstrate an understanding of the needs of children for education and ministry. This includes a consideration of family issues exceptional or gifted children and children in a variety of social settings from urban to rural.
- Develop and conduct ministry specifi cally for children in the local church. Content and presentation of each ministry should clearly exhibit biblical interpretation with Pentecostal distinctions at the children's level. Salvation and sanctifi cation must be recurring themes.
- Provide leadership for the whole spectrum of children's ministries within the local church.
- Establish habits of a good minister in working with people, budgeting and coordinating ministry to children with other ministries of the local church.
