This Computer Information Systems Specialist curriculum is designed to prepare students for entry level employment positions that require them to be users and/or support users of microcomputers in a business or professional setting. All students will complete a core of courses, but then may select from directed electives that provide specialized training for various employment opportunities. This allows the students the opportunity to tailor their course of study in order to develop an area of emphasis that is of particular interest to them.
