The Flight Instructor Program at Dodge City Community College is a two year, broad based program requiring courses in Aviaation Science, Air Craft Recognition, Meteorology, Air Transportation, FAA Certification, Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing Training. The primary objectives of the program are to educate students in private and commercial pilot training through instructor ratings. This will immediately after two years create an employee in great demand nation wide with at least three certifications.
