Upon completion of the Education Program option, the graduate will:
Demonstrate mastery of the fundamentals of written and oral communication in the English language.
Demonstrate a broad-based knowledge of the disciplines of humanities, social sciences, history/political science, and Native American studies.
Demonstrate mastery of the appropriate levels of knowledge and skill in the disciplines of computer information systems, physical and biological sciences, mathematics for elementary teachers, and statistics.
Through the completion of specialized college level course-work in human development, educational psychology, special education, practica, and other education oriented courses, graduates will demonstrate the appropriate competencies to enter teacher training programs at baccalaureate degree granting institutions.
