The Web Development Administration Option will provide training in designing, deploying, and managing a web site from both a hardware and software perspective. This option will prepare students for careers as web site developers, webmasters, and web administrators. A capstone class in web site implementation will encompass all facets of the program of study, and will provide experience and a job portfolio. Students entering this program need to have basic computer skills such as would be obtained through CIS 100 (Introduction to Computers) or equivalent. Students may choose to take the KCTCS Computer Placement Exam to demonstrate computer competency.
