Mission: The mission of the American Samoa Community College is to foster successful student learning by providing educational programs and services of high quality that will enable students to achieve their educational goals and to contribute to the social, cultural, political, economic, technological, and environmental well-being of American Samoa.

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Candidates for an Associate Arts degree in
Liberal Arts must complete 50+ credits of general
education requirements for an Associate Arts
degree identified above. The remaining courses to
obtain the minimum of 60 credits to graduate must
be numbered 150 or above and may be selected as
electives.
The recommended sequencing of courses to be taken
for an Associate Arts degree Liberal Arts is to
be determined by the student and the academic
advisor. Most Liberal Arts candidates follow the
sequencing used on the ASCC Advising Sheet or the
Individual Education Plan (I.E.P.) distributed by the
Student Services Office.
