The Associate in Applied Science Degree Program in Mechanical Technology - Design Drafting at Adirondack Community College trains the student to enter full-time employment as a beginning drafter, capable of making complete and accurate detail and assembly drawings. Other employment possibilities include work as an estimator, structural detailer, entry-level CAD operator, and clerk of the works.
