Mission: The mission of the American Samoa Community College is to foster successful student learning by providing educational programs and services of high quality that will enable students to achieve their educational goals and to contribute to the social, cultural, political, economic, technological, and environmental well-being of American Samoa.

The Fine Arts Department provides educational services by offering courses
that cultivate expression, emotion and creative writing. Exposure to an immersion
in the Arts will enhance and enrich the study of all other academic disciplines.
The department offers music course that can fulfill the Humanities requirements
in an A.A degree.
In addition, the programs for the Associate of Arts degree in Music or Art
are designed for students who are planning to continue in a four-year college
or university. The department is committed to encouraging students to innovate,
create and perform while experiencing a living history through the eyes and
ears of great playwrights, artists and musicians.
