The radiologic technologist is trained to perform routine radiographic examinations in the areas of fluoroscopy, routine and advance radiography of the chest, abdomen, osseous system, vertebral column, and cranium. This includes working in the radiology department, operating and emergency rooms, and with mobile equipment. This also involves a critical analysis of the radiograph from technical, anatomical, and pathological standards.
