The Clark College Art Department offers many classes to help you prepare for advanced studies at a four-year institution, enter an art profession directly or simply enrich your spirit. Clark‘s Art faculty is composed of a complementary blend of highly qualified instructors
possessing advanced degrees as well as recognized working professionals who bring with them the practical knowledge of the art marketplace.
Students seeking a degree must earn a grade of ’C“ or higher on any of the following courses presented for graduation: ENG 111: Expository Writing, ENG 112: Argument-Based Research, ENG 113: Literature-Based Research or ENG 114: Professional Research and Reporting; COM 231: Public Speaking; CIS 110: Introduction to Computers (or another approved computer course); and MAT 140 and MAT 140A (or a higher level mathematics course).
