Associate degrees in Cardiovascular Technology + Technologist: A program that prepares individuals to perform invasive, noninvasive, and peripheral examinations of the cardiovascular system at the request of physicians to aid in diagnoses and therapeutic treatments. Students earning an Associate of Science Degree in Invasive Cardiovascular Technology use their clinical and classroom-based training to assist in diagnosing patients and aiding physicians in life-saving cardiac procedures.
