Who is this program for? Students who apply to pre-physician's assistant programs are graduates of four-year colleges. Applicants are generally science majors, with a background in biology, chemistry, or physics. Many students interested in physician's assistant have an interest in medicine and have selected physician's assistant as a career due to increased flexibility of the profession and a close patient relationship.
