Most grantors of baccalaureate degrees prefer that the upper level courses be taken at their institution. This is a cooperative program in conjunction with the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey--School of Health Related Professions (UMDNJ-SHRP). The pre-clinical phase of the curriculum will be conducted at Atlantic Cape Community College. Program graduates will be eligible for the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) entry level examinations for Respiratory Therapy practitioners, and the subsequent therapist level component of the NBRC credentialing process. By virtue of having completed 64 college credits and receiving a certificate of all program requirements, ACCC and UMDNJ will grant an A.A.S. joint degree. | |
