Students may obtain a baccalaureate degree agricultural business on the Beebe
campus through a partnership a greement between ASU-Beebe and ASU-Jonesboro. The
degree planis out line dina2+2 checklist with the first two years consisting of
ASU- Beebe courses leading to an associate’s degree. The last two years of
classes are brought to the Beebe Degree Center through distance learning technology,
adjunct faculty, and ASU-Jonesboro faculty.
Agricultural Business is one of the most versatile majors offering a variety
of career options ranging from farm management to business executive. Students
are required to meet the same general requirements as other agriculture majors,
but with a business twist: they must complete abroad- based curriculum which
includes courses in computer science, accounting, management, marketing, speech,
andeconomics. With professional training in agriculture and in business, our
