An Applied Computer Graphics Technical Option graduate will do modeling, build models, do composting, and construct underlying skeleton of objects. These models and objects will then be passed to an animator who will take these objects and animate them. Applied Computer Graphics graduates will also write programs, plug-ins, and scripts and will organize the entire shot or scene, digitizing images for each scene. These students will need strong programming skills and an equally strong eye for realistic scenes (lighting, layout, movement, etc.) - a trained eye (where art comes into play).
