Managers are dynamic individuals who are responsible for projects, teams, and processes. They coordinate, motivate, strategize, plan, budget, initiate action, evaluate performance, and control process and activities. They are commonly responsible for overseeing a budget and the activities of others to ensure that the organization’s goals and objectives are met. Managers are employed in every industry.
