The Early Childhood Education degree prepares students interested in working with young children ages 2 ½ through six years in the private school setting and other educational environments. Upon declaration of major, students must complete a pre-admittance interview. The Early Childhood Education major meets NAEYC accreditation standards and Hawaii state registry requirements for ECE.
