The Early Childhood Teaching and Leadership program housed in the College of Teacher Education and Leadership (CTEL) is designed to give students a firm grounding in early childhood pedagogy and programming with a special emphasis on community connectedness, technology integration, and administration, policy analysis and advocacy related to young children and their families. Every semester students are engaged in field experiences and internships that align with their academic program.
