The Fashion Merchandising, Design and Textiles program provides students with the competencies necessary for success in careers within the textile and apparel industries. Students may select Textile Merchandising Design as an area of specialization within the program.
The Textile Merchandising Design concentration covers the production, distribution, and promotion of apparel products. Offered in cooperation with Philadelphia University, the Textile Technology broadens students knowledge through the combination of technical courses
such as yarn, knitting, weaving, printing, product evaluation, dyeing and finishing with science and business courses.
