The concentration in technology society is an interdisciplinary program for students who are interested in the impact technology and technological change have on societies across the globe and in the social forces that lead to technological change. It will provide students with the basic skills that will enhance their ability to pursue careers in the computer and telecommunications industries (exclusive of computer programming), the business and sociological aspects of the environmental sciences and other related pursuits.
