The Music program is designed to develop individual musicianship and proficiency on a professional level of artistic accomplishment. Students are given instruction in practical as well as analytical theory, history, and literature of music. An emphasis in business or other four-year combination program is recommended. Other combination major cirricula suggested are: music/management, music/accounting, music/broadcast media, music/journalism, and music/computer science.
