The Bachelor of Science in Nursing is conferred upon students who have satisfactorily
completed 121 semester hours of prescribed academic work. The four-year undergraduate
nursing program accepts candidates for freshman admission in September and January.
Transfer applicants are accepted on a space-available basis for both the fall
and spring semesters.
Candidates for admission to the B.S.N. program must have completed the minimum
16 college preparatory units outlined in the admission requirements, but should
recognize that special emphasis will be placed on mathematics and science preparation,
with preference given to a laboratory science course in chemistry.
