The Pre-Sports Medicine track within the Bachelor of Rehabilitation Sciences, is specifically designed by faculty in sports medicine to meet the content requirements for success in graduate programs in athletic training and sports medicine. In addition to the strong foundation in the basic sciences, this track has advanced courses in the pathophysiology, assessment and treatment of sports injuries, and the pharmacology of sports medicine. An internship in sports medicine provides valuable practical experience prior to entering the field.
