Graduates with a BA Degree Community Health are qualified for a variety of positions in an expanding health-related career marketplace. Professional opportunities include coordinating health education in volunteer agencies; administering community health programs in city, county or state departments of public health; and coordinating wellness programs in hospitals, corporations or health spas. Regardless of the setting, health professionals have an opportunity to improve the health status of people in the areas of weight control, nutrition, substance abuse, physical fitness, stress management, and safety consciousness.
