This program provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to receive a Michigan provisional secondary teaching certificate,which allows the holder to teach his/her major and minor subjects in grades 6 through 12. Students complete the computer science major, and select a minor from the following: chemistry,English, history, and mathematics. Upon graduating and passing the required state tests, students will be eligible to apply for certification.
