The program of study leading to the Th.B. is designed for those students who do not anticipate seminary study and who want the fullest possible preparation
that this institution offers. The fifth year makes possible greater depth in
the area--Biblical-Theological Studies
In addition to the increased hours in course requirements, the candidate for
this degree must also demonstrate an ability to do original research, express
clearly his or her Christian convictions, and maintain a cumulative grade point
average of 2.7 (B-).
The specific course of study will be different for each student. The student
and his or her advisor will submit a program of study to the Dean for approval.
Two distinct programs of study are offered to meet the needs of candidates from
American Baptist College or other Bible Colleges, or candidates from non-Bible
Colleges.
