The program will prepare a biochemistry major to enter graduate school in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology or physiology; give adequate preparation for entering a professional school of medicine, dentistry, or optometry; and prepare the student for industry in chemical or pharmaceutical areas....
The Biochemistry Program offers the major. It is an integrated program combining focused studies in biology and chemistry, with supporting coursework in mathematics and physics. The program is coordinated through the Chemistry Department.
* A total of 120 credit hours
