The aviation management concentration is designed to prepare graduates for managerial and supervisory positions throughout the air transportation industry. Primary flight training is included, along with broad exposure to aviation specific business and management courses. The Discipline
Elementary education prepares teachers who, having gained their own liberal education,
help elementary-school-age children learn by improving on the teaching children
receive in the home, school, church, and community. Elementary education provides
a preparation program wherein students enhance their thinking abilities, build
their confidence in exploring new ideas, and become self-motivated, independent
learners.
1. At least 15 major hours must be completed in residence at BYU.
2. Complete a minor (approximately 16–21 hours) or 15 hours of course work in an area approved by the major advisor. Courses must be approved before the senior year.
3. Students may double-count Italian courses for the major or minor and another program.
4. Complete the following prerequisites (or equivalent):
Ital 101, 102, 201, 202.
