Bachelor degrees in Music Performance, General: A program that generally prepares individuals to master musical instruments and performing art as solo and/or ensemble performers. Includes instruction on one or more specific instruments from various instrumental groupings.

Students majoring in elementary education are required to complete 21 additional hours of study to satisfy the following areas of concentration. Unless noted, courses taken to meet other program requirements may not be used to complete the Area of Concentration requirement. Concentration require a minimum of nine hours at the 300 level or above. The General Science concentration requires 12 hours a the 300 level or above.
