|
|
|
Bellevue University’s Ph.D. in Human Capital Management program is intended for students who desire to strengthen their abilities to do scholarly work and conduct research in one or more of the areas of emphasis. Ph.D. students are characterized as those individuals who will add to the knowledge base in their field through intensive, systematic investigation of original questions. The Ph.D. in Human Capital Management is a 93 credit hour program – 36 of those credits consist of the foundation courses, which also is a Master’s Degree. The foundation courses are all taught online, and the Ph.D. courses will be a blend of classroom and online instruction. To accommodate students who also are working managers, we plan to offer four two-week sessions of intense study on-site at the Bellevue University campus in Bellevue, Nebraska. Specific details of the on-site sessions have not been determined, but we estimate these sessions will occur four times within 36 months.
