The PhD program in Behavior, Cognition, and Neuroscience (BCAN) provides a rigorous and flexible graduate education. The three major areas of focus are Behavior, Cognition, and Neuroscience. Students can get in-depth training in one of these traditional areas in a largely apprenticeship style. Curriculum and Degree Requirements

The BCAN program requires 72 hours of graduate study. In addition to the coursework outlined below, each student must take a minimum of six content courses that provide a foundation in the area of behavior, cognition, or neuroscience.
