| The purpose of Franklin Academy is to graduate well-rounded professional men and women, as well as technically competent cosmetologists and manicurists. We are devoted to preparing our students not only to pass the state licensing examination but to enter and be successful in all phases of cosmetology and manicuring. We realize our obligation to our students and the community is to constantly seek more effective ways to meet these commitments. |
