Dental Assistants help dentists in caring for patients. This certificate program, offered jointly by Essex County College and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, prepares students to take the licensing exam to qualify to work with dentists. Upon completion of this program, graduates will be able to:
Take the Certified Dental Assistants Examination (CDA) administered by the Dental Assisting National Board
