A program accredited by the Dietary Managers Association (DMA), Dietary Management will empower graduates to run medical nutrition and general food service establishments. this means that you will be able to recruit and train food servers in a sanitary and safe environment while maintaining sound fiscal responsibility. by assisting the Dietitian to determine therapeutic medical nutrition requirements, the Dietary Manager also occupies an important niche in the patient treatment regimen.
Upon completion of this program, graduates will be able to:
Take the Certified dietary manager (CDM) and Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP) national credentialing examination.
Perform the following duties:
