The emergence of digital media in our society offers many new opportunities for individuals with the proper training and experience. The Business & Computer Technology program and the Web Development & Administration program have been combined and expanded to form Digital Technologies, Inc. in order to encompass the rapid expansion of digital media.
DTI will operate as a company utilizing a wide variety of digital technology/media training opportunities. Students will be considered employees within the company and apply for career positions based on their desired occupational training areas. Employees will be allowed to apply for other positions within the company as they complete the skills required for their selected occupational areas. Some of the opportunities for employees will include: expanded training options, access to more resources, flexibility in training options, and training that more closely reflects the workplace environment. Some of the newest digital media areas that will be expanded include digital media publishing, digital video editing/production, and advanced 3D design and animation.
