The Master of Science in Adult Learning and Organizational Performance is designed for persons entering or advancing in positions associated with organizational learning and development, human performance improvement, human resource management, and leadership in business, industry, government, and higher education. This degree program offers four, nine-hour program emphases: training and development, leadership, human resource management, and higher education (student personnel services). Students can complete one or two program emphases within the two-year part-time degree program. We also offer fifteen hour concentrations in Training and Development, and Leadership for those individuals who have already earned a graduate degree and want a focused area of study.
