The M.A. in American Studies consists of 3 core courses that provide a general introduction to the method and matter of American Studies, and then an individualzed course of study developed with a faculty mentor which best meets your intellectual and career goals. To complete the degree, you'll select a topic of interest for your capstone independent project.
